In Pictures: Shinagawa Aquarium: Aqua Tour

The seal building was opened recently in 2006 on the 15th anniversary of the aquarium's opening. It is the best exhibit by far. I think the seals were affect by the bad weather that day and were being lazy.

Shinagawa Aquarium is one of the three full featured aquariums in the Tokyo area. The aquarium was opened in October, 1991 and has since expanded by opening a penguin exhibit, shark tank and seal building. Shinagawa Aquarium is well worth seeing for those in the Tokyo region. (Read More: Aqua Tour)
